Learned counsels appearing for the respective parties are at

ad-idem that the controversy involved in these matters pertaining

to conversion of land under the Rajasthan Land Revenue

(Conversion of Agricultural Land for Non-Agricultural Purposes in

Rural Areas), Rules 1992, restricted for a period of five years, is

covered by the judgment dated 07.05.2018 passed by a co-

ordinate Bench of this Court in case of M/s Saubhagh Bricks Vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors.

In view of aforesaid, these writ petitions are allowed in terms

of order dated 07.05.2018 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this

Court in case of M/s Saubhagh Bricks (supra).
