Order
13/01/2021 Learned counsel for the respondents has informed that this
Court in identical writ petitions i.e. SBCWP No.14068/2019,
Pappu Ram Jat Vs. Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial
Service Selection Board, Jaipur and connected matters vide
judgment dated 02.06.2020 raising the same issue, have already
adjudicated wherein this Court held as under:-
"22. In view thereof, the result declared finally after the expert opinion, does not warrant any interference. The respondents have also placed material which was relied upon by the experts for reaching to their conclusions. This Court does not burden its judgment with the said aspects. Suffice it to state that this Court is satisfied that the

experts' opinion is based on application of mind and relevant academic material available with them.
23. Consequently, these writ petitions fail and the same are accordingly dismissed. The interim order passed by this Court also stands vacated. The respondents are now directed to proceed with the appointment process on the basis of the final result as declared on the basis of the report of the experts. All pending applications stand disposed of."
The prayer made in the present writ petition being identical
shall stands covered by the aforesaid judgment. The writ petition
is decided in the aforesaid terms.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
