Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the controversy

involved in the present writ petition has already been decided by

this Court in the case of Omparkash Vs. The JVVNL & Ors.

(S.B. Civil Writ petition No.5520/2019 decided on

16.04.2019), in which following order has been passed :

"In light of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as indicated in the aforequoted judgment and accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit the amount as stipulated in the demand notice dated 20.06.2018 within a period of four weeks. After the order per- requisites, if any are fulfilled which the respondents will inform in advance to the petitioner, it shall be expected from the

respondents to release the agricultural electricity connection to the petitioner at the earliest. Stay petition No.5431/2019 also stands disposed of accordingly."

In view of above, the present writ petition as well as stay

petition is disposed of in terms of the similar reliefs and

directions issued by this Court in the aforementioned case of

Omparkash (supra).
