Pursuant to the directions given by this Court dated

06.01.2021, the Investigating Officer Mr. Harvansh Lal is present

in person before this Court.

After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

that he does not want to press this bail application, however,

seeks liberty for the petitioner to move appropriate application

before the trial court after recording of the statements of

Investigating Officer.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. bail application preferred by

the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not

pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
