Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's

transfer from the office of Community Health Centre, Merta,

District Nagaur to the office of Chief Medical & Health Officer,

Jaisalmer is contrary to judgment dated 15.01.2020, rendered by

(2 of 2) [CW-271/2021]

this Court in bunch of cases led by Kiran Kumari Vs. State of

Rajasthan (SB Civil Writ Petition No.14964/2019).

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

Mr. Shreyansh Mehta, Associate to K.S. Rajpurohit, AAG,

accepts notice and prays for four weeks' time to file reply.

List this case on 15.02.2021.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of order dated

31.12.2020(Annex.2) shall remain stayed qua the petitioner.
