1. Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section

439 of Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No. 226/2019 was registered at Police Station Shivaji

Park, Alwar, District Alwar for offence under Section 393 of I.P.C.

3. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that from the

cross examination, it is revealed that petitioner was shown to the

complainant.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the second bail

application. It is contended that complainant has identified the

accused. As many as thirteen cases are registered against the

petitioner.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the

State, I am not inclined to entertain the second bail application.

7. This criminal misc. second bail application is accordingly,

dismissed.
