Petitioner has filed the petition under Section 439 Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.

75/2015 registered at Police Station Kho-Nagoraiyan, Jaipur (Raj.)

for offence under Sections 341, 323, 397, 302, 34 Indian Penal

Code, 1860.

Heard.

Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on

merits by this court. As per the prosecution story, petitioner had

given a knife blow in the abdomen of the deceased. Case rests on

eye-witness account.

A perusal of the order passed by the learned Additional

Sessions Judge reveals that the trial is near conclusion as

statements of nineteen witnesses have been recorded.

In these circumstances, no ground for grant of bail to the

petitioner is made out.

Dismissed.
