Judicial has submitted his report.

As per the report submitted by the Registrar Judicial, record

of the trial Court has been traced and the same is sent back to the

learned trial Court and further it is submitted that since the record

has been traced out, therefore, no useful purpose would be served

in lodging of the F.I.R., hence the matter is filed.
