Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

controversy involved in the writ petition pertains to suitable entry

in the service book of the petitioner's husband in respect of

revised pay scale w.e.f. 01.09.1976. He submits that the

controversy already stands settled in view of the judgment dated

13.04.2017 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in case of

Panchu Ram versus Principal Secretary & Ors., SB Civil Writ

Petition No.11104/2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply two

sets of the writ petition in the office of Mr. Rohit Choudhary,

Deputy Government Counsel appearing for the respondent-

Departments, during course of the day.

List the matter on 13.12.2021 after showing name of Mr.

Rohit Choudhary in the cause list as counsel for the respondents.
