1. Petitioners have preferred this misc. petition for seeking

quashing of FIR No. 179/2009 registered at Police Station Sirsi

Road, District Jaipur City (South).

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that directions

were given to the public prosecutor to produce the status report.

Learned Public Prosecutor has produced the status report.

3. From the status report, it is evident that police has come to

the conclusion that the offence is not made out and negative final

report has been proposed by the police.

4. I have considered the contentions.

5. In view of the fact that police has come to the conclusion

that offence is not made out and negative final report has been

produced, this criminal misc. petition has become infructuous.

6. This Criminal Misc. Petition is dismissed as having become

infructuous.
