The counsel for appellant submits that against the judgment

and award dated 25.09.201 passed by learned Judge, MACT,

Chittorgarh in MAC No.109/2013, both the appellants with

respondent No.4 Smt. Vandana have filed an appeal for

enhancement of compensation and that appeal No.33/2020 is

pending before this Court.

Subsequently, appellants have filed this appeal raising a

dispute of inter se allocation of the enhanced amount of

compensation between the appellant and respondent No.4 herein.

Be that as it may, this appeal be listed along with S.B. C.M.A.

No.33/2020.
