This appeal is filed by the appellant (driver of vehicle)

assailing the judgment and award dated 11.01.2019 passed by

the Claim Petition No.133/2017.

Counsel for the appellant submits that the owner of vehicle

has also filed an appeal bearing CMA No.1214/2020 against the

same award, which is pending before this Court, wherein the

counsel for the respondent has appeared.

Counsel for the appellant may supply a copy of the appeal to

the counsel for the respondent appearing in the connected appeal.

Counsel for the appellant is expected to remove defects in the

meanwhile.

List this appeal along with CMA No.12/2020 on 20 th

December, 2021.
