This first appeal is filed by the appellant plaintiff assailing the

judgment and decree dated 21.12.2020 whereby his prayer for

specific performance has been declined. However, the amount

paid Rs. 2,45,000/- has been ordered to be refunded with with

interest to the appellant plaintiff.

Heard. Admit. Issue notice to the respondents of this appeal

as well as of stay application. Call for record.

Until further orders, the respondents shall not alienate or

create third party interest for the property in question.
