As per the office report, there is delay of 640 days in filing

the present appeal. The application under Section 5 of the

Limitation Act has been filed on behalf of the appellant with a

prayer to condone the aforesaid delay.

Notices of the application under Section 5 of the Limitation

Act has already been served upon the respondents.

Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and after

going through the averments made in this appeal, the application

under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is allowed and the delay of

640 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

List this appeal before the National Lok Adalat scheduled to

be held on 11.12.2021.
