Learned counsel Mr.S.R. Choudhary has filed power on behalf

of the respondent No.2 and Mr. A.K. Dadhich has filed power on

behalf of the respondent No.3.

None has opposed the application under Section 5 of the

Limitation Act.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going

through the averments made in this appeal, the application under

Section 5 of the Limitation Act is allowed and the delay of 3 days

in filing the appeal is condoned.
