Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the

similar petition being S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.5649/2021

Naresh Kumar & Anr. vs. State & Anr., this Court has passed the

interim order on 18.11.2021. The present petition arises out of the

same FIR and is identical to the above petition.

List the matter on 20.12.2021 along with S.B. Criminal Misc.

Petition No.5649/2021.

In the meanwhile and till the next date of hearing, the

petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with the FIR

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-6759/2021]

No.125/2021 registered at Police Station Ghamudwali, District Sri

Ganganagar. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation

and appear before the Investigation Officer as and when called

upon to do so.
