Mr. Sunil Beniwal, learned AAG has submitted that the

matter regarding regularization of possession of the residents on

the Gochar and Public land is pending consideration with the

council of the Ministers whereby, the policy decision with respect

to the same will be taken. Learned counsel has, therefore, prayed

that the matter may be adjourned for four weeks.
