The matter comes up for consideration on the application

filed by the appellant-claimant to send back the record to the

Tribunal so as to disburse the amount of compensation deposited

by the Insurance Company.

This appeal has been filed by the appellant-claimant for

enhancement of compensation and pending for hearing, therefore,

record of the Tribunal may be send back and after completing the

proceedings of disbursement of the compensation, the Tribunal

will return the record to this Court.

The application (Inward No.1/2021) preferred on behalf of

the appellant is disposed of.
