The petitioner has moved the present application (1/2021)

inter alia seeking extension of interim order by indicating that

notwithstanding the interim order dated 27.11.2015 passed by

this Court, the trial Court is proceeding with the matter in light of

judgment dated 28.03.2018 of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case

of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. V/s CBI.

Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the fact

of interim order having been passed by this Court on 27.11.2015

in the present case.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is

allowed.

The interim order dated 27.11.2015 passed by this Court is

extended till the same is vacated or modified.

List the matter for admission in the second week of January,

2022.
