Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

No case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 438 Cr.P.C

are rejected. However, petitioners are directed to surrender before

the trial court on or before 13.12.2021 and file an application for

bail under Section 437 Cr.P.C and it is expected from the trial

Court that application will be decided on the same day.

Till 13.12.2021, the petitoners shall not be arrested in

connection with F.I.R. No.121/2021, Police Station Dechu, District

Jodhpur for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A,

120-B IPC & Section 11 read with 12 & Section 16 read with

Section 17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences

Act,2012.
