Mr. Anil Joshi, learned AAG -cum-Incharge has produced a factual

report dated 06.12.2021 prepared by the SHO, PS Talwara, District

Hanumangarh alongwith the DNA report.

Mr. Joshi has submitted that the DNA samples have not been

matched from the dead body, recovered by the police from the canal.

He, therefore, submitted that the possibility of the corpus drowning in

the canal is ruled out. Mr. Joshi has also submitted that the police is

intensifying its efforts to search out brother of the petitioner, therefore,

he prays for further eight weeks' time to trace him out.

In view of the request made above, list this matter after eight

weeks.

On that date, the latest factual report shall be placed on

record. The factual report dated 06.12.2021 is taken on record.
