Two appeals, bearing D.B. Criminal Appeal

Nos.137/2021 and 128/2021, have been filed on behalf of the

appellant against the same judgment dated 01.10.2021 passed by

the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act Cases, Chittorgarh in

Session Case No.122/2019. The D.B. Criminal Appeal

No.137/2021 was filed prior in point of time. Thus, the instant

appeal is a duplicate appeal, as such, the same is dismissed

without prejudice to the right of the appellant to assail the

impugned judgment in D.B. Criminal Appeal No.137/2021.
