JUSTICE DINESH MEHTA Order 01/12/2021

After arguing for some time, Mr. Gaur, learned counsel for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition

with liberty to file the subject documents along with an application

under Order XLI Rule 27 of the Code of Civil Procedure, if an

appeal is required to be filed by the petitioner against the final

judgment and decree to be passed by the trial Court.

Permission granted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty

aforesaid.

Stay application too stands dismissed accordingly.
