1. Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance upon

the judgment dated 11.01.2013, passed by this court in SBCWP

No.9151/2006, which has been duly affirmed by a Division Bench

of this Court vide an order dated 01.11.2017, passed in DBSAW

No.518/2013.

2. Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application.

3. Meanwhile, recovery in pursuance of the impugned

award dated 01.07.2021, passed by learned Permanent Lok

Adalat, Sirohi in Case No.39/2016 shall remain stayed, subject

however to the condition that the petitioner-State deposits a sum

of Rs.30,000/- before the learned Permanent Lok Adalat,

Sirohi within a period of four weeks from today.
