Learned counsel for the respondents has objected that the

petition has wrongly been styled as civil writ and is actually a

criminal writ petition since the prayer has been made for quashing

of an FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wants time to place the

judgments on record in support of his contention that writ petition

can be heard as a civil writ petition.

List this case again on 20.08.2021. Interim order, if any, to

continue.
