Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in an identical matter i.e. S.B.C.W.P. No.7792/2021 this Court has passed interim order, therefore similar interim order may be passed in this case.

In view of submissions made, it is ordered that in the meanwhile, the petitioner's premises in question shall not be demolished by the respondents. However, the respondents shall be free to file an application under Article 226(3) of the Constitution of India for vacation of the stay order.
