Counsel for the accused petitioner submits that present revision

petition has been filed by the accused petitioner against the judgment

dated 13.07.2021 passed by the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge,

Banswara in criminal Appeal No. 2/2016 (CIS no. 22/2016) but in the

order passed on the application for suspension of sentence, the words

"Criminal Appeal No. 2/2016 (CIS No. 22/2016)" has not been

mentioned which is not opposed by the learned Public Prosecutor.

Indisputably, the present revision petition has been filed against

the judgment dated 13.07.2021 passed by the court of learned Addl.

Sessions Judge, Banswara in criminal Appeal No. 2/2016 and in this

matter vide order dated 16.08.2021 sentence of the accused petitioner

was suspended.

The order passed today shall be treated as part and parcel of the

earlier order dated 16.08.2021 passed by this Court.
