This second application for suspension of sentences has

been preferred by the appellant-applicant Lal Chand, who has

been convicted and sentenced for the offences under Sections

302/34, 323 IPC and Section 3(1)(R)(S) of the SC/ST Act vide

judgment dated 25.07.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge,

SC/ST Act Cases, Hanumangarh in Sessions Case No.62/2016.

The first application for suspension of sentences was

dismissed by this court after making detailed consideration of the

allegations ascribed to the appellant. Thus, we are not inclined to

accept this second application seeking suspension of sentences

awarded to the appellant-applicant by the trial court. Accordingly,

the same is dismissed.
