Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

since the evidence of the Seizure Officer has not been

completed before the trial court, he does not want to

press this third bail application, however, seeks liberty for

the petitioner to move a fresh bail application before the

trial court after completion of the evidence of the Seizure

Officer.

Accordingly, this third bail application is dismissed as

not pressed with the liberty sought for.
