(1) Mr. Anil Gaur, learned AAG appearing for the respondent-
State submits that due to inadvertence certain error had crept in
selection process in question and the State has decided to carry
out fresh selection process. A copy of the communication dated
4.8.2021 in this regard, produced for perusal of the Court, is
taken on record.
(2) In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains to be done in the
present writ petition.
(3) The proceedings of the writ petition are, therefore, closed.

(4) The State is however, directed to carry out the selection
process as early as possible preferably within a period of six
weeks from today.
(5) The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
