1. Mr. Bohra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely

covered by the judgment dated 15.01.2020, passed by this Court

in bunch of cases led by Kiran Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors. (SB Civil Writ Petition No.14964/2019) so also in the case of

Krishna Devi Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SB Civil Writ Petition

No.312/2021) decided on 02.08.2021.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to

dispute the aforesaid position of facts and law.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed.

4. The transfer order dated 29.09.2019, qua the petitioner is

hereby quashed.

5. Stay petition also stands disposed of accordingly.
