05/08/2021 The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for assailing the order dated 26.02.2019 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge No.3, Udaipur in Appeal No.39/2018.

A report was summoned from the appellate court as per which, the appeal of the petitioner was dismissed on 14.09.2020. Thereafter the petitioner preferred a revision (No.735/2020) questioning the judgment of his conviction. As the appeal preferred by the petitioner itself has been decided, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in this misc. petition, which is dismissed as infrutuous. Stay application is also disposed of.
