Heard. Perused the material available on record.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances as available

on record, we are of the opinion that it is a fit case for granting

leave to the appellant State of Rajasthan for filing appeal against

the impugned Judgment of acquittal dated 03.12.2020 passed by

(2 of 2) [CRLLA-57/2021]

learned Addl. Sessions Judge No.2, Nagaur in Sessions Case No.

325/14 (04/14)(129/15).

Thus, the leave to appeal application is accepted and the

same shall be registered as an appeal, which is admitted.

Let Bailable Warrant in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each be

issued against the respondents.
