By this application under Section 482 CrPC, petitioner

seeks correction in the order dated 29.07.2021 passed in S.B.Cr.

Misc. Second Bail Application No.8207/2021, whereby petitioner -

Shakir Ali was granted bail in FIR No.15/2021 of Police Station,

Dhanmandi, District Udaipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

though the petitioner is arrested in FIR No.15/2021 of Police

Station, Dhanmandi, Udaipur, but due to inadvertence, while

drafting S.B.Cr.Misc. Second Bail Application No.8207/2021, the

name of District was wrongly mentioned as "Sri Gangangar" and

consequently, in the order dated 29.07.2021, by which the

petitioner was granted bail, the said mistake also occurred.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has, therefore, prayed that the

aforesaid mistake may be rectified.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

case, this Court is of the opinion that the aforesaid mistake is

nothing but a bonafide mistake, hence, the same is rectified and it

is ordered that wherever the "District Sri Ganganagar" is

mentioned in the order dated 29.07.2021 passed in S.B.Cr.Misc.

Second Bail Application No.8207/2021, the same may be read as

"District Udaipur."

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
