This anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in

connection with F.I.R. No.515/2020, Police Station Javahar Nagar,

Sri Ganganagar, for the offences under Sections 403 and 406 IPC.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as

available on record and considering the nature and gravity of

allegations, I am of the opinion that the custodial investigation is

required to be carried out from the petitioner. Hence, it is not a fit

case to extend pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the instant application for pre-arrest bail is

dismissed.
