05/04/2021 The matter comes up on an application at the instance of the petitioner seeking exemption of his personal appearance before this Court on 16.02.2020.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is hereby allowed. The personal appearance of the petitioner before this Court on 16.02.2020 is hereby exempted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner Dholu Ram is present in Court today. The petitioner is also known by the name "Mohan Ram S/o Natthu Ram" and he is having identity document only in the name of "Mohan Ram S/o Natthu Ram". Counsel submits that Dholu Ram and Mohan Ram are one and the same person, therefore it is prayed that the attendance of the petitioner may be marked as "Mohan Ram S/o Natthu Ram".

In view of submissions made, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, who shall mark his attendance.
