Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to set aside order dated 14.11.1991 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Assistant Collector, Ist Grade, Rewari; order dated 16.04.1992 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Collector, Rewari; order dated 29.09.1992 (Annexure P-8) passed by the learned Commissioner, Gurgaon Division; and order dated 12.08.1994 (Annexure P-10) passed by the learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instructions from the petitioner and submits that despite his best efforts, he could not even locate the petitioner.

3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel

for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
