About the Opportunity
3Sixty Law Group is inviting applications for the position of Associate to join its Corporate practice group in Gurugram.
This is an on-site role suited for candidates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in transactional and advisory work.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role involves working on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial contract drafting and management, as well as supporting real estate transactions such as due diligence, title review, and end-to-end documentation.
The position also requires strong legal research capabilities across corporate, commercial, and regulatory domains.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years PQE with a background in corporate/transactional practice
- Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Experience in Intellectual Property law will be an added advantage
