This revision petition has been filed for setting aside the

impugned judgment dated 12.11.2014 and order of sentence dated

15.11.2024 passed by ACJM, Sonipat and judgment dated 26.08.2016

passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonipat whereby the

petitioner has been convicted under Section 138 of NI Act.

On consecutive four dates nobody has turned up to assist

the Court, however, adjournment was sought on 08.02.2023.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.

Pending application, if any stands disposed of.
