1. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the operation of the judgment under appeal was stayed on 10.10.1996 and it is not known as to whether the respondent is alive as of now so as to get the impugned judgment executed hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellants to revive the same in case the respondent intends to get the execution of the judgment in the present appeal.

2. Ordered accordingly.

3. The executing Court is directed that without the specific order from this Court, the judgment in appeal, execution of which has already been stayed, will not be executed.

4. Any civil miscellaneous application pending if any, also stands disposed of.
