1. Learned counsels for both sides are ad idem that petitioner Nos.1
to 4, 6 and 9 have already been absorbed by Intelligence Wing, thus, petition
qua these petitioners, has rendered infructuous.
2. Mr. H.S. Saini, Advocate submits that case of petitioner Nos.5, 7
and 8 needs to be re-considered in the light of judgment dated 06.03.2024 of
this Court in HC Balbir Singh and others v. State of Punjab and others,
CWP No.19966 of 2017.
3. On being confronted, learned State counsel submits that case of
petitioner Nos.5, 7 and 8 would be considered in the light of aforesaid
judgment.
