1. The instant petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order

dated 02.08.2021 passed by the Judge, Special Court, Patiala,

whereby bail granted to the petitioner has been cancelled due to his

absence.

2. The aforestated position, wherein the petitioner has jumped bail

does not warrant grant of any relief in view of judgment passed by

this Court in CRM-M-39172 of 2021 titled Pawan Kumar Vs. State

of Haryana and another decided on 21.09.2021. The petition, as

such, is dismissed.

3. It is, however, directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before

the trial Court within 10 days and moves an application for grant of

regular bail, the trial Court shall consider the same in view of

directions in concluding paragraph of judgment passed by this

Court in Pawan Kumar's case (supra).
