Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. This is an application seeking quashing of the

order dated 20.03.2024 passed by the learned Judicial

Magistrate-Ist Class-Cum-Additional Munsif, Begusarai in

connection with Complaint Case No. 356(C) of 2024, whereby

cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for the offence Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83261 of 2024 dt.13-02-2026

under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that he has been informed that the trial is almost at its fag end

and the matter is at the stage of arguments.

4. It has, thus, been submitted on behalf of the

petitioner that he may be permitted to withdraw the present

application with a liberty that he may be permitted to make an

application before the learned Trial Court for settlement of

dispute(s) with the complainant/opposite party No. 2.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. The application stands disposed off with the

liberty aforesaid.
