2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that

pursuant to earlier order dated 26.06.2023 concerned respondents

have extended all services and monetary benefits to the petitioner.

In support of such contention, he is relying on Annexure-C dated

14.09.2021, Annexure-D dated 18.07.2023, Annexure-E dated

17.07.2023, Annexure-F dated 19.07.2023 and Annexure-G and H

dated 20.07.2023.

3. In view of these circumstances, the present petition

does not survive for consideration. If any other claim is still to be Patna High Court CWJC No.2836 of 2011 dt.19-10-2023

decided by the official respondents in that event petitioner is at

liberty to approach the concerned authority by furnishing a

detailed representation and so also necessary materials, if any.

4. With the above observations, the present writ petition

stands disposed of.
