A Teachers Association is aggrieved with the shifting

2. We find absolutely no reason to entertain the writ

petition filed as a public interest litigation since the Teachers

Association cannot have a say on where the Secondary

Education Directorate is to be allocated. These are all policy

matters in which this Court would not interfere unless clear Patna High Court CWJC No.14868 of 2023 dt.17-10-2023
