vide Memo No.981 dated 06.10.2023 by the Treasury Officer to Patna High Court CWJC No.11609 of 2021 dt.09-10-2023

the State Bank of India, Gulzarbagh.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands

disposed of.
