We have heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar for the

petitioner and Mr. Sumant Kumar Singh for the State.

2. The petitioner has been disengaged from

his employment as Gramin Awas Sahayak for the reason

that he had selected wrong beneficiaries under Indira

Awas Scheme and that he did not carry out the

programmes with interest leading to delayed

implementation.

3. On the aforesaid two grounds, the

District Magistrate, Patna took a decision but only after

hearing the petitioner, of disengaging him from the

assignment. The Additional Secretary, Rural

Development Department has also affirmed the order

passed by the Collector.

4. Considering the nature of accusation

against the petitioner and an informed decision by the

Collector and the Additional Secretary, Rural

Development Department, this Court is not inclined to

interfere with the order of disengagement.

5. The petition is dismissed.
