Heard learned counsels for the respective parties.

2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the

following relief/reliefs:

"That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate order/orders, direction / directions upon the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the P.D.S. Revision Case No. 08 of 2022 (Shiv Shankar Sah versus State of Bihar and others) filed by the petitioner against the order dated 18.02.2022 passed by the Collector cum Patna High Court CWJC No.6382 of 2023 dt.15-05-2023

District Magistrate, Samasitpur, in PDS Appeal No. 468 of 2020, within a stipulated time frame whereby and where under upheld the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer Samastipur in Case No. 01 of 2020 as contained in Annexure - 3 to this petition."

3. Short question for consideration is that the petitioner's

P.D.S. Revision Case No. 08 of 2022 (Shiv Shankar Sah vs. State

of Bihar and Others) is pending before the second respondent

even to this day and it has not been decided, therefore, the

Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga is

hereby directed to decide the aforementioned case within a period

of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, present writ petition stands disposed of.
