Heard learned counsels for the respective parties.

2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the

following relief/reliefs:

Patna High Court CWJC No.6465 of 2023 dt.15-05-2023

"I. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus to unseal the two rooms of unit in question;

II. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the office order dated 15.03.2023, under Memo No. 116 issued under the signature of Deputy General Manager (Industrial Development), Bihar Industrial Area Development Au- thority, Cluster Office, Industrial Development Centre, Maranga by which allotted land measuring area 0.50 acres, Plot No. 69 has been cancelled.

III. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent in terms threreof for which petitioner is entitled for."

3. Grievance of the first relief is stated to have been

redressed in favour of the petitioner. Insofar as second relief is

concerned, the petitioner has not exhausted the appropriate rem-

edy.

4. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of

reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum.
