Heard the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly states that the

issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the

Judgment dated 19.10.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16214 of

2019 (Md. Ataur Rahman & Ors. Vrs. Union of India &

Ors.) and analogous cases as reported in 2023 (1) B.L.J. 176,

and this matter comes under Category- "C".

This court, in Category - "C" cases, decided as Patna High Court CWJC No.11244 of 2022 dt.20-02-2023

under:-

"CATEGORY C

01. It is informed that the certificates of training have not been issued up to 31st March 2019. Since, the result was already declared prior to 31st March 2019, the issuance of certificate after 31st March 2019 will not come in the way of the petitioners to be treated to be eligible in terms of the Amendment of 2017. Such teachers will not be affected by the order passed by the State Government on 2020.

02. Certificate of training shall now be issued as soon as possible by the examining bodies."

Keeping in view the above, the present writ petition

stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
